From the downtown square to Williston, one route at a time
Our shop is 83 miles east of Ocala, so we cover Marion County the honest way: by grouping work onto route days and telling you the real arrival time. The tiles below cover each community; here is how the whole map fits together.

The hub and its spokes
Ocala sits where I-75, US 27, SR 40 and SR 200 meet, as convenient for an HVAC route as for the distribution centers that followed it. Every community Cook’s serves in this market is within about half an hour of the city.
Ocala itself. The county seat, from the brick streets of the Historic District and Southeast Ocala to the SR 200 corridor of Fore Ranch, Heath Brook, On Top of the World, Candler Hills, Stone Creek and Oak Run, and the horse-country estates around Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club and Ocala Preserve.
Silver Springs. The springhead community around Silver Springs State Park on SR 40, about six miles east of downtown, plus Silver Springs Shores, the big 1970s bedroom community toward Lake Weir.
Belleview. A small city on US 27, 301 and 441 about eleven miles south, with Marion Oaks and Summerfield nearby.
Reddick. Horse-farm country on US 441 about fifteen miles north, with Anthony, Citra and McIntosh along the way.
Williston and Morriston. Across the line in Levy County, about 26 and 22 miles west respectively, in the Nature Coast country near Devil’s Den.
How a route day works from 83 miles out
Cook’s is headquartered at 37 Fairmont Ln in Palm Coast, roughly two hours from Ocala, and we design around that. Maintenance visits, estimates and non-urgent repairs are booked onto Marion County route days, grouped by corridor so one truck covers several homes between Belleview and Reddick on the same trip. Emergencies are the exception: a no-cool call in Ocala Palms gets a truck whenever it comes in, with no after-hours fee and an honest arrival time.
Why the communities differ
Each area page below is written for its own housing and ground: block ranches with attic ducts in the Shores and Marion Oaks, 55+ villas on aging package units along SR 200, farms on private wells with barn offices around Reddick, and small-town Levy County in Williston and Morriston, where a technician arriving on time is remembered.
Coverage questions
Is Williston really in your range, or is that a stretch?
It is in range, about 26 miles west of downtown Ocala on SR 40 and US 27, and we schedule it on the same route days as the northwest horse country. Morriston, eight miles south of Williston on US 41, rides along.
Do you cover the forest side, toward Fort McCoy and Silver Springs Shores?
Yes. Silver Springs and the Shores are on the SR 40 approach we drive in on, so they are often the first stops of the day rather than the last.
How do you decide which day a part of Marion County gets a truck?
Dispatch groups bookings by corridor: the SR 200 communities, downtown and Southeast Ocala, the forest side, the northwest farms and Levy County. Emergencies ignore the grouping and get a truck regardless.
